Article 7 (Application for and Method of Use)

Persons wishing to use Game Services must apply (including membership registration and guest account creation) through the procedures provided by the Company on each game's homepage or platform. Applicants must provide their real name and accurate information; false information forfeits membership rights.

The Company shall accept applications where Members provide accurate real names and information, absent reasonable grounds for refusal. The Company may refuse or defer acceptance in the following cases.

Items obtained through serious violations such as hacking, theft, operation of farming sites, use of macros, or withdrawal abuse must not be transferred to other Members through any means.

Chapter 4. Service Use

Articles 16–19 (Service Changes, Provision, Information, Collection)

The Company has comprehensive authority over the creation, modification, maintenance, and repair of Game Service content. Services may be temporarily suspended due to equipment inspection, response to hacking, natural disasters, or business necessity. If a paid service is suspended for more than 4 hours per day due to the Company's fault, the service period will be extended by 3 times the suspension period at no charge.

Article 20 (Service Products and Payment)

The Company provides both free and paid content. Payments through external platforms or open market operators are subject to those operators' policies; the Company is not responsible for differences in charged amounts due to exchange rates or fees, absent gross negligence.

Minors under 19 years of age require consent from a legal guardian to purchase paid content. Purchases made without such consent may be cancelled by the minor or their legal guardian.

Articles 21–26 (Bonus Points, Community, Copyright, Posts, Programs, Beta Service)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in content created by the Company within Game Services belong to the Company. • After the Member has begun using the paid content
If the content differs from its advertised description, withdrawal is available within 3 months from the purchase date or within 30 days from the date the discrepancy was or could have been known.

Article 28 (Effects of Withdrawal)

Upon withdrawal, the Company shall promptly recover or delete the paid content and process a payment cancellation or refund within 3 business days. No separate fee will be charged, and refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For the full withdrawal procedure, see the Right of Withdrawal page.

Article 29 (Withdrawal Abuse)

It is prohibited to withdraw a subscription after consuming or using purchased items or paid content. Such conduct may constitute fraud under criminal law, and the Company may immediately file a complaint with the relevant investigative authorities.

Articles 30–35 (Termination and Service Restriction)

Members may apply for termination of the service agreement at any time, and the Company shall process it without delay. If a Member violates obligations under these Terms or interferes with normal service operations, the Company may impose graduated measures including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent service restriction, or may immediately terminate the service agreement depending on the circumstances.

If a Member objects to a service restriction measure, an opportunity to appeal through the designated objection procedure will be provided.
